Infrastructure
The buildings are Ferro-concrete construction with high-density bricks infilling rendered with a cement screen. Walls are plastered to smooth finish and further smoothened & made non-porous by application of high-density paint. Sharp corners are avoided by giving coving at wall and floor joints. All constructions are Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) type.
Air Handling Units (AHU`s):
The manufacturing facility is provided with adequate Air Handling Units. They are provided with filters, which keep the air as per Class 100000. The comfort zone is maintained.
Warehouse
Adequate storage areas have been provided for proper storage, identification and smooth flow of the materials. The facility provides receiving booth wherein separate receiving areas have been designated for receiving raw material and packaging material.
A detailed program for material management is written and followed for the control, purchasing, receipt, storage, handling and issuing of raw material, packaging component and finished products.
