At STLB, the Quality Assurance department is involved in all activities—directly or indirectly, individually or collectively—that contribute to maintaining the overall quality of the product.

This function of the organization is well established with:

• Qualified and trained personnel.
• A suitable ERP system backed by state-of-the-art IT equipment for statistical control wherever required

In order to complement the Quality Assurance function, STLB has well equipped Quality Control Laboratory. The control function as a whole is divided into:

• Chemical
• Instrumental : UV, IR, GC, HPLC, Chromatography, Brookfield, Karl Fischer and others
• Microbiological : Bioload monitoring for Total Bacterial Count, Total Fungal Count, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Staphylococcus Aureus
